Ordering and Receiving

Seamless integration to our centralized supply chain module along with powerful suggested order capabilities are the centerpiece of the Vendor Ordering Module. Users can maintain their order/delivery schedules, customized ordering templates and order guides to further simplify a process that provides centralized control over vendors, available products, and order quantities (based on a configurable suggested order algorithm). The system is fully integrated with many distributor systems so that orders can be transmitted seamlessly. In addition, users can transmit faxes, emails, FTP orders, and EDI orders directly from within CrunchTime!. Within a few clicks, users can auto-generate an order with select products and quantities transmitted directly to the vendor. CrunchTime! has the capability to receive order confirmations, electronic invoices, and electronic price updates, all in real-time.

Once the order has been created, users will receive their orders directly into CrunchTime!. The system enables users to capture receiving discrepancies, product problems, and HACCP compliance issues. The receiving process is fully integrated into the accounting.
