We just wrapped up our in-person employee event, Crunchtime Connect, which brought together employees from across the globe—US, Mexico, UK, and Australia—for an unforgettable three-day experience.
This gathering was more than just meetings; it was a chance to foster collaboration, strengthen connections, and make memories that will last long after we return home.
Here’s a small glimpse into what we covered, and what we’re looking forward to on the heels of this event.
Day 1: First Impressions & Lasting Connections
The day may have started with travel, but the true highlight came in the evening. After insightful departmental meetings, you could really start to the sense togetherness, setting the stage for a celebratory dinner at the Painted Burro, where laughter and conversation flowed as freely as the guac, and margs, of course. Our CEO, John Raguin, even gave us a quick lesson in Boston-lingo 101.
Monday was the heart of the event, filled with enlightening sessions, team-building, and candid discussions. The all-attendee breakfast fueled us for a powerful morning panel where Crunchtime’s leadership shared their most coveted carry-on items, and employees shared inspirational insights and heartfelt stories. This open dialogue led to some impactful department and cross-department meetings, creating synergies and sparking new ideas that will shape our next chapter.
Day 3: Wrapping Up & Moving Forward
Tuesday was bittersweet as we shared our final breakfast and participated in department meetings to solidify plans and takeaways. As we packed up and headed out, there was a sense of excitement for what’s next, driven by the momentum we built together.
Our sales and marketing teams really got to flex their creative muscles in a session where they had to draw Crunchtime customer logos from memory. (And, don't worry, we're not planning on pitching new branding to our customers any time soon!)
Here’s to the memories made, the partnerships strengthened, and the incredible work that lies ahead. Until next time!
