Five finalists for the 2024 Ops Excellence Awards shared their stories live on stage at Crunchtime's Ops Summit on Nov. 14, 2024, in Boston. Finalists included BBQ Holdings, Five Guys, Jersey Mike's, SPB Hospitality, and Triple T Hospitality Group. Ultimately, SPB Hospitality was announced as the winner after a live audience vote. Now you can watch the presentations and judge for yourself.

Crunchtime customers were invited to submit nominations for the 2024 Ops Excellence Awards during the June 17 - August 19, 2024 nomination period, and a cross-functional team of Crunchtime leaders selected five finalists to compete on stage at the annual customer conference.
