What is Ops Summit 2024, and What Can Attendees Expect?
If you couldn't already tell, we’re SUPER excited to bring together customers of Crunchtime, Zenput, DiscoverLink, Squadle, and BrandMate for learning, sharing, networking, and fun at our annual customer conference, Ops Summit 2024. Entering its sophomore year, this event is set to be even bigger and better than its predecessor, filled with new programs driven by attendee feedback.
This year, Ops Summit takes place on the East Coast in Crunchtime's hometown of Boston, MA. We can’t wait to be surrounded by customers, leaders, users, and advocates from the Crunchtime community.

Whether you joined us in San Antonio last year or are attending for the first time in Boston this year, we wanted to provide you with a closer look at what you can expect and answer some FAQs.
When and where is Ops Summit 2024 taking place?
Ops Summit 2024 will take place on November 13-14, 2024, with an optional pre-conference training day on November 12, 2024. We're excited to welcome everyone to the Boston Marriott Long Wharf, (296 State St, Boston, MA 02109), located on Boston's iconic waterfront, just a short ride from the airport and steps to historic Quincy Market, Faneuil Hall, and the North End. Hotel room rate starts at $349 (plus taxes and fees) and can be booked here. The room block closes on October 22, 2024.
Who is Ops Summit for, and who should attend?
Ops Summit is open to all Crunchtime customers across all product lines. Everyone in your organization who plays a role in helping you achieve operational excellence will find relevant content, including:

What is the cost to attend and what is included with a ticket?
Tickets include access to all sessions (including pre-conference training), events, and meals during event hours on both days. The early bird rate to attend is $449 per person and will run through September 8, 2024. Starting September 9, 2024, the rate will be $599 per person.
