Course Abstract

Meet the additional training requirements required by the Chicago Human Rights Ordinance for both managers and employees with our one-hour Bystander Intervention course. Help team members learn what to do if they witness harassing behavior, why it’s important to intervene, and how to intervene safely. With guidance for when bystander intervention is appropriate, specific examples of actions to take, detailed video examples, and case scenarios, your team will be equipped to respond in a variety of situations. This course must be taken each calendar year by employees and managers in the City of Chicago.
