Teach supervisor candidates the importance of building relationships with co-workers to improve team performance, and enhance the guest experience. This course demonstrates what it means to build a relationship with team members and shares the best way to provide feedback on performance issues.

• Illustrates the impact a single co-worker having a bad day can have on team performance and the guest experience

• Practice building a relationship and then using that relationship to help a co-worker with a performance issue
