Unconscious bias can be difficult to identify because it happens unintentionally. Help your managers recognize their own biases so they can take steps to avoid impacting guests and team members. This quick course provides a clear definition of what unconscious bias is and how to use the “Reflect, Challenge, Interact” approach to disrupt the cycle of bias. It also introduces four common types of bias that can impact day-to-day management of the team.
