Standard Program
Our Standard Program includes both employee and manager courses that can be leveraged as part of an ongoing initiative.
Whether you’re in California, New York, or anywhere in between, we have a harassment prevention program that’s right for you. All of our content is available in both English and Spanish, and features hospitality scenes, actors, and scenarios. Additionally, we keep it up-to-date as regulations change.
Our Standard Program includes both employee and manager courses that can be leveraged as part of an ongoing initiative.
Our California Program meets the requirements of the California AB 1825 Sexual Harassment law as well as the newly passed California SB 553 Labor Code section 6401.9, with an eight-part e-learning program for managers. With six interactive courses, a case scenario practice session, and a final exam, you have the flexibility to choose how to assemble and assign your manager program. The five course one-hour employee program is also delivered in modules so it can be completed a little at a time.
Our Delaware Program meets the requirements of the state of Delaware for both managers and employees. Both programs consist of an interactive harassment prevention course, coupled with an additional course covering Delaware-specific requirements.
Our Illinois Program meets the requirements of The Illinois Human Rights Act for both managers and employees. Both programs consist of an interactive harassment prevention course coupled with an additional course covering Illinois-specific requirements.
Our Chicago Harassment Prevention Program meets the requirements of the Chicago Human Rights Ordinance, Municipal Code of Chicago, 6-010-040, with a two-hour sexual harassment prevention training program for managers and a one-hour program for employees. The manager program, consisting of six interactive e-learning courses, features a case scenario practice session and informative videos, giving you the flexibility to choose how to assemble and assign your manager program. The employee program is also delivered in modules so it can be completed a little at a time. Our Bystander Intervention course (for both employees and managers) meets the Chicago one-hour seat-time requirement for bystander intervention training and highlights what to do if someone witnesses harassing behavior, why it’s important to intervene, and how to intervene safely. These programs also meet the State of Illinois requirements.
Our New York Program meets the New York State and New York City requirements for both managers and employees. Both programs consist of two interactive courses that each cover essential aspects of the harassment prevention law.
