Danyel Bischof-Forsyth joined 7 Brew Coffee as Chief Technology Officer at the beginning of 2024. Prior to 7 Brew, she was CTO at Tyson Foods. Before moving to Northwest Arkansas for Tyson, she spent 28 years in multiple technology roles at Hallmark Cards. Danyel currently serves on the board of NETZRO and the executive advisory board for Netskope. She holds a bachelor's degree in computer science, an MBA, and a doctorate in organizational change and leadership.

 

 

Mike Mann, Vice President of Franchise Services at Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Mike Mann joined Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers in 2010 as an assistant manager and worked his way up to Vice President of Franchise Services. Drawing on over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry—from dishwasher to owner—he leads a team of Franchise Business Consultants, providing franchisees with financial reviews, operational strategies, and business coaching aligned with Freddy’s key performance indicators. A graduate of the University of Kansas, Mike also serves as a board member for the Greater Wichita YMCA, giving back to his local community.
