What’s the one ops challenge that keeps you up at night? For many restaurants, it’s scheduling—too many gaps, too little flexibility, and not enough time to fix it all. On April 30th, experts from a top Dunkin' franchisee and LM Restaurants will be joining Crunchtime’s Ops Innovators webinar to talk through the biggest red flags in restaurant scheduling—and how to stay ahead of them.

Restaurant scheduling is more than just plugging names into a template—it’s about balancing labor costs, team morale, and customer experience. But if you’re relying on outdated processes, you might be making costly mistakes without even realizing it. During this live webinar, Elizabeth Stacks, Senior Product Marketing Manager for Crunchtime, will discuss how to fix the most common issues using tools that help every restaurant manager schedule like your best manager. She'll be joined by two operations and business systems experts who will share their experiences and best practices.
