As 2024 draws to a close, it’s the perfect time to reflect on a year filled with innovation, growth, and milestones. We doubled down on empowering operators with tools and insights to streamline their processes, cut unnecessary costs, and focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As those numbers show, 2024 was bigger and busier than ever. Let’s take a look back:

A new era of growth at Crunchtime

  • At the beginning of the year, we surpassed $100 million in annual revenue, as customers across the globe accelerated the adoption of our products. As we look ahead toward achieving more milestones like this, there is still plenty we want to accomplish for our customers because success is a journey, not a destination. 
  • 4 out of 5 of the top 50 restaurant brands in the U.S. and more than one-third of the top 500 use our restaurant management software to manage profitability and deliver great customer experiences.
  • Over 750 brands are now using Crunchtime solutions across more than 150,000 locations internationally to manage inventory, labor and scheduling, operations execution, and training.
  • Crunchtime added team members worldwide, with employees across three continents, growing our headcount to 400+.

Connecting with customers 

  • We hosted our largest customer conference in company history, Ops Summit 2024.
  • In March, we launched the highly-requested Crunchtime Monthly Customer Webinar series to spotlight what’s new and next in Crunchtime products. We also held an Ops Innovators webinar series, featuring brands like Wingstop, Gong cha, Sizzling Platter, SSP America, and SPB Hospitality.

Enhancements that matter 

  • AI Forecasting: We announced the availability of new artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities that enable restaurants to forecast their sales with even greater accuracy.
  • Labor Compliance: Available exclusively for Crunchtime Labor & Scheduling customers, this newly released report tracks over 1,000 labor laws nationwide to help restaurant operators maintain compliance, with less effort. 
  • Calendar Event Attributes: To improve how projects and tasks are assigned in Zenput, calendar events is a new location attribute that allows you to more accurately assign projects and tasks to your stores based on an event like “Opening”, “Closing”, “Pre-rush” “Delivery Start,” etc., which might happen at different times across different locations.
  • LMS Admin Interface: Some of the new capabilities include changing or adding store types, managing skill positions, editing GPS coordinates/adjusting geo-fencing distances, updating the mapping of new skill positions to payroll systems if they don’t match 1:1, and much more.
  • Platinum Support: This newly available elevated customer support provides access to rapid issue resolution, allocated hours with professional services, expanded collaboration with level 1 support, and a dedicated Support Advisor committed to providing proactive guidance and tailored insights.
  • Operational Intelligence: We released BizIQ+, the first stage of our analytics solution that encompasses all our products.  
  • Integrations: As a major step, we released the API Developer Hub to help our ecosystem understand and use all of our integration methods. We launched the Hub to share over 200 new API endpoints we released over the last 18 months.
