Bill Bellissimo

President & CEO

Bill is the Founder and President of CrunchTime! Information Systems. Prior to founding CrunchTime in 1995, Bill was the President of a large restaurant chain in the northeastern United States. Prior to working in the foodservice industry, Bill was a banker on Wall Street. He has an Economics and Political Science degree from Yale University.

Rob Mueller

Chief Financial Officer

Rob joined CrunchTime in 2018 as Vice President of Finance & Accounting. Prior to joining CrunchTime Rob was the VP of Finance at SingleHop, a Managed Cloud Hosting Provider, based out of Chicago, IL. Previous to that Rob worked at Rewards Network, a financial and marketing services firm focused on the restaurant industry. Rob has a finance degree from The Ohio State University.

Ted Ruscitti

Chief Experience Officer

Ted joined CrunchTime in 2021 as our Chief Experience Officer. As CXO, Ted is responsible for designing and delivering outstanding customer experiences, prioritizing our customers’ viewpoints in our decision-making processes and tracking the key performance indicators that measure customer success. A SaaS professional with more than 20 years of experience, Ted was most recently with SmashFly Technologies, where he provided world-class client service and support leadership as their Chief Customer Officer, and later as Chief Operating Officer. Ted holds a BA from Boston College.

Erik Cox

Vice President, Product Strategy

Erik joined CrunchTime in 2008 as part of the Client Services team. Since that time he has served various roles including Manager of Product Training and Director of Customer Success. As Vice President of Product Strategy Erik leads the product management teams and ensures alignment across our full suite of applications. Prior to joining CrunchTime Erik spent twenty years in restaurant operations, most recently Uno Chicago Grill. Erik is a graduate of Boston University.

James Krawczynski

Vice President, Development

James has been leading CrunchTime’s technical organizations since 2008 in various roles including Database Architect and Director of Product Development. As Vice President of Product Development, he leads business analysis, database development, application development, quality assurance, business intelligence and technical support. Prior to joining CrunchTime, James was the Director of O.B.A. Implementation Technology for Workscape, Inc. where he drove the technology that supported the online benefits enrollment of millions of employees across the United States and Canada. James is a graduate of Worcester State College.

David Daugherty

Vice President, General Counsel

David has served as CrunchTime’s Vice President and General Counsel since early 2009. Prior to joining CrunchTime, David practiced corporate and entertainment law, held executive positions with PolyGram Filmed Entertainment, and most recently served as the CEO of EmergiTech, Inc. David graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Yale University, and graduated from Harvard Law School.

Andrew Dougherty

Vice President, Sales

Andrew has worked in software and high-tech for 20 years, including 10 years as a co-founder in an energy start-up. Before joining CrunchTime, Andrew served as VP of Sales for SmartSense by Digi and SVP of Sales for TempAlert. Andrew has a BA in Political Science from Colorado College and holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.

Pamela Robertson

Vice President, Marketing

Pamela joined CrunchTime from TransUnion where she led Global B2B Marketing, based out of Chicago. Prior to that she built and led marketing functions at several public and private companies, including Experian Marketing Services and Inforte Corp. She has also served as a consultant to top technology brands, where she specialized in connecting customers to the products and solutions that helped them thrive. Pamela is a graduate of Boston University.

Jonathan Quint

Vice President, Information Technology

Jonathan joined CrunchTime in April of 2021. Prior to CrunchTime Jonathan was the Chief Technology Officer at Data Axle he was responsible for infrastructure, development, and security. Prior to Data Axle, Jonathan was Senior Vice President of Information Services at Grand Circle Travel and Overseas Adventure where he was responsible for all IT functions including contact center technologies, reservation systems and in-house and small boat hotel and restaurant systems.

Michael Ghelli

Vice President, Customer Success

Mike has built consulting organizations, Customer Success teams, and services portfolios at five different organizations over his career. Those teams made it faster and easier for customers to adopt their Application Performance Management solutions. At CrunchTime, Mike leads the Customer Success organization that engages with customers through their lifecycle, and which serves as the customer advocate within CrunchTime. Mike is a graduate of Stonehill College with an MBA from Bentley University.
